Confirming deal details, lead source and service category

Confirming deal details, lead source and service category

When you get to the point that the potential client would be interested in a quote, you need to click on confirm deal details prior to adding a quotation. The below video explains the deal details which need to be confirmed and how to correctly select the lead source and service category:

The scenario below gives you the idea stage when to press confirm details:

1) Met a nouv client who was nto aware of the different services offered at nouv and is interested in finding out more;
2) Opened a potential for an existing client on crm
3) Review the stages marking account details and contact detail and make sure all is correct.
4) If the client is a nouv client yet the contact associated with the current client is not yet on crm  (as he /she may be from a different department who nouv usually deal with) go ahead and add the contact through the deal itself by clicking new contact.
5) Client existing client on the stages at the top
5) At this point the next step would be to set a sales meeting with the client. Utilise the tasks function on crm to prompt you or remind you to do anything associated with the sales journey.
6) Once a meeting has been held with the client and if the client wants to proceed with a quote, you have to click confirm deal details. IF you click this stage before you actually have a good idea of what the client wants you will end up selecting the wrong service categories. Service categories are the services groups of which the client is interested in having a quotation for. \
7) Fill in details requested in "confirm deal details" and proceed to providing the client with a quote .
