Put potential/deal on hold, lost or lost to competition

At any point in the client sales journey prior to actually closing the deal we may require to either: 

Put the deal on hold or else update the potential to deal lost or lost to competition. Keeping the potential created "live" means that everyone can have traceability of the next steps or lessons learnt from this specific potential which was created. IF you do not update the deal / potential as you go along you are bound to loose track of what happened. IMPORTANT: Keep your potential updated by selecting the correct stages at which the deal is at.
