Remember you may have a number of projects linked to a potential on crm. Requesting feedback to a client will gain feedback for the overall service offered by nouv. IF negative feedback is received then the potential owner is responsible for identifying which project/service if not all projects/service have resulted in negative feedback from the client. this is to be tackled using the "cases" module.
