How to add a new product to our list of services to our crm




When it comes to creating a quotation for a client via crm it is imperative that the specific product/service requested by the client is uploaded onto the system prior to adding it to a quotation. 

 

The finance team is responsible for adding the different services/products to the CRM and require a lead time of around 1 day

 

In order for them to be able to do this please send them: 

 

1.    Product name – What is it called ?

2.    Typical type of billing method utilised for offering such a  service – Example fixed price, monthly retainer etc.

3.    Purpose of the service/ product – Example: identify all possible failures in a design, manufacturing or assembly process, or a product or service; studying the consequences, or effects, of those failures; and eliminating or reducing failures, starting with the highest-priority ones.
