Contract signing approval via zoho sign (if you are not a shareholder in a nouv company)

Contract signing with a client can be done in a number of ways (for further information look at quotation instructional video)
1. IF you select “Send Quote for Signature” – the software will automatically send the quote via zoho sign to
a. The contact allocated to the potential
b. The potential owner – As the person who create the quote
c. The shareholder /signatory of the nouv company where the potential owner works. As the person legally responsible for the company.
2. The person receiving the email notification shall click on the zoho sign button in the notification and add their signature. Step a – the client, Step b the potential owner and the step c the shareholder of the company of the potential owner.
Once the process is complete, the potential owner shall receive the signed document and a certificate from zoho sign. In order to complete the deal / potential process on crm the potential owner must attach the documents received from zoho sign to the potential by clicking the stage "Proposal accepted" and proceed followign the stage instructions.
